Prague – Bratislava Güzergah Özeti

Travel between the Czech and Slovak capitals by direct train in just over 4 hours. Czech Railways runs services every 2 hours throughout the day, complemented by 4 daily RegioJet departures that offer competitive pricing and excellent on-board service.

The 333 km route passes through the Moravian countryside and the wine region around Breclav before crossing into Slovakia and arriving along the Danube banks into Bratislava. From December 2025, modern Czech railjet trains bring a significant upgrade in comfort on this corridor.

RegioJet is the budget favourite with fares from €15 and complimentary coffee, water and at-seat steward service included. Czech Railways counters with newer rolling stock and marginally faster journey times on the latest railjet equipment.
